The Cottage

The property features three bedrooms – two double bedrooms each with king size beds and a further twin bedroom.

Ground Floor: The sitting room comes with a wood burning stove, smart TV, a selection of board games and books. We provide firewood, should you wish to enjoy a fire. Additional wood can be purchased from the hardware store around the corner on Compston Road.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, fan assisted oven, extractor fan, induction hob, microwave, slow cooker, toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer and is very well equipped with utensils, crockery and glasses.

Understairs storage is for the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

The cloakroom has a wall hung WC and washbasin. The boot room is a handy space for muddy boots and wet coats.

First Floor: Bedroom 1 with a king size bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and hairdryer. The family bathroom is luxurious with a roll top bath, double shower enclosure, wall hung WC, wash basin, heated towel rail.

Second Floor: Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe and hairdryer. Bedroom 3 comes with twin beds, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobe and hairdryer. The shower room has a corner shower cubicle, wall hung WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

Outside: There is a small paved garden at the rear of the property with outdoor furniture.
